Members of the group have represented a variety of technology businesses, including website developers, software developers and distributors, an e-commerce and website portal provider, computer hardware manufacturers, and a digital imaging service provider. Contract drafting, review and compliance, software license preparation review, and a variety of related negotiation and drafting activities have been undertaken on behalf of technology clients of the firm. When litigation or arbitration is required to enforce rights of technology clients, members of the business group work closely with the firm's litigation group.
