The group serves as litigation counsel to clients whom we regularly represent as general counsel, including a variety of manufacturing concerns, such as computer, industrial product, and tool and die businesses. The firm has also successfully undertaken litigation matters on behalf of real estate development firms, retail direct-mail advertising businesses, condominium associations, medical records companies, major insurance companies, and a variety of other medium and smaller business enterprises.

Members of this group are experienced in a wide variety of complex business litigation matters including employment contract disputes, trade secret litigation, secured lending disputes, computer mainframe lease issues, franchise related issues, and commercial construction matters, among others. The group has successfully prosecuted class action lawsuits in Ohio courts in recent years.
