Brendan’s  primary area of legal practice is litigation. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2004. Brendan received his Juris Doctor from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2004.  Brendan received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1999.  Prior to joining Collins & Scanlon, Brendan served as a Judicial Staff Attorney for Judge Harry A. Hanna, Judge Leo M. Spellacy and Justice Francis E. Sweeney of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
