Tim L. Collins, head of the firm's litigation group, has been actively engaged in litigation practice for nineteen years. In addition to general and commercial litigation, his expertise includes class actions, computer law, franchise law and complex commercial litigation. He is an active member of the Cleveland Bar Association and its Litigation Section and the Ohio State Bar Association, where he was a past chair of the Computer Law Committee. He is currently a member of the OSBA Counsel of Delegates and the Litigation Section Board of Governors. He is a member of the Ohio Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Technology and the Courts. He serves as the Vice Chairman of the City of Cleveland Heights Recreation Advisory Board; is on the Board of the Catholic Charities Facilities Corporation; and is on the Board, on the Executive Committee and is the Secretary of the Home Repair Resource Center. Mr. Collins is a Life Member of the Judicial Conference of the Eighth Judicial District. >more
